The company Cirrus Aircraft has officially announced the launch of the new SR Series G7+ aircraft for the models SR20, SR22, and SR22T for the 2026 model year.

The new series brings improvements focused on safety, comfort, and easier handling:

• Latest G7+ features, including Safe Return™ Emergency Autoland for autonomous emergency landing
• Expanded Cirrus Global Connect for better connectivity and weather awareness during flight
• More powerful USB-C ports in the cabin for charging modern devices
• For the SR22 model, an optional four-blade composite propeller
• Updated Perspective Touch+ avionics with new features to reduce pilot workload

New Paint and Design

The SR Series G7+ introduces two all-new premium designs for Carbon and Platinum liveries, with bold, dynamic lines that enhance the aircraft’s appearance both on the ground and in the air. The Carbon collection features distinct branding elements, while the Platinum collection coordinates wing color with the overall design.

Cirrus also introduces three new premium exterior paint colors inspired by Cirrus Life™ adventures: Tangerine, Maldives, and Viridian.

The SR Series G7+ models for 2026 are designed for pilots and operators seeking advanced technology, greater comfort, and top-level safety in the high-performance single-engine piston aircraft category.
